Complex Construction Within Active Club Operations
This complicated project included constructing a new clubhouse into the hillside directly beside an existing pool and adjacent to a historic building all while keeping the club tennis and swim functions open during construction.
Collaborative Delivery with Respect for the Natural Setting
We worked with a large constituency and a dedicated Board to deliver this project through entitlements, permitting, and construction. The project integrates seamlessly in the wooded Alpine Hills and instead of detracting from the picturesque nature preserve, it stands to enhance the experience offering members and community an opportunity to enjoy nature, compete in sport, and share in food and drink.
A Versatile Clubhouse Designed for Gathering & Function
The clubhouse included multiple kitchens, a bar, back of house functions, tennis offices, a large multi-function dining hall, and ample deck space.
