Tarana Wireless’ growth fueled expansion and renovation of their Milpitas HQ. The project included a phased renovation of workspaces, new conference rooms, new break rooms, and data storage requirements. Tarana was focused on delivering a high value project to their engineering teams and managers who maintained a work-from-office policy when others were adopting more work-from-home.
Outdoor Amenities That Connect Buildings and Teams
To make use of the beautiful Milpitas summers, and to create connectivity between their buildings, we constructed new outdoor amenity areas with dining, lounge, and meeting pod spaces to give teams an alternative conference option.
Accelerated Delivery from Planning to Occupancy
The project was completed from space planning to occupancy in less than 12 months and the exterior was ready for use as the first employees moved in.
